What if I'm not happy with the free sample?
You owe us nothing. If the sample isn't good enough, walk away — no card details are taken until you decide to move forward.
What's the difference between the three tiers?
Essential (£6/hr) covers business operations, HR, admin and finance/bookkeeping. Professional (£8/hr) adds software development, AI/data work, and sales & digital marketing. Enterprise (from £12/hr) is a dedicated team handling full business and software execution, end to end.
Can I move between tiers or swap specialists later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade tiers as your needs change, and request a specialist swap at any point with no penalty.
How does billing work?
You're invoiced weekly for hours logged at your tier's rate — £6/hr Essential, £8/hr Professional, from £12/hr Enterprise. Everything is billed in GBP with no minimum commitment.
What tools do you already know?
Common CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce), accounting tools (Xero, QuickBooks), spreadsheets, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, most ATS platforms, marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp), and standard cloud stacks (AWS/GCP/Azure). New tools are picked up during onboarding at no extra cost.
